A: Yes! Our Countryman and Wanderlust series bags feature advanced waterproof construction with sealed seams. Most products also include waterproof dry bags and rain covers for additional protection during heavy monsoons and water crossings.

Q: What's the difference between Countryman and Wanderlust series?

A: Countryman Series focuses on rugged, minimalist designs with maximum durability for adventure touring (50L-72L tail bags and sports saddle bags). Wanderlust Series offers versatile, expandable options including tank bags, saddle bags (60-76L), rear bags (60-80L), and utility bags with convertible features.

Q: Will these bags fit my motorcycle?

A: Our bags are designed to fit most motorcycles. Saddle bags and tail bags use adjustable strap systems. Tank bags come in magnetic (for steel tanks) and non-magnetic (for aluminum/plastic tanks) versions. Contact us with your bike model for specific fitment advice.

Q: How do I choose the right capacity?

• Daily commuting: 10L backpack, utility sling bag, or 22-28L tank bag
• Weekend trips: 50L tail bag or 60L saddle bag
• Extended tours: 72L tail bag, 76L cruising saddle bag, or 60-80L rear bag

Q: Can I use these bags in extreme weather?

A: Absolutely! Our bags are tested in Indian conditions from Kerala monsoons to Ladakh cold. They feature UV-resistant materials, heat-resistant construction, and dust-proof zippers.

A: Yes, we ship to all locations across India. Shipping is free on orders above ₹2,999.

Q: How long does delivery take?

• Other cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote areas: 7-10 business days

A: We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in original packaging. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Q: What if my bag gets damaged during use?

A: Manufacturing defects are covered under warranty. Damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered. Contact us for repair options.

Installation & Usage

Q: Are the bags easy to install?

A: Yes! All our bags feature quick-release mounting systems with adjustable straps. No tools required. Installation guides are included with each product.

Q: Will the bags scratch my motorcycle?

A: No. All our bags feature anti-slip protective bases and soft-touch materials that protect your bike's finish.

Q: Can I leave the bags on my bike permanently?

A: While our bags are durable, we recommend removing them when not in use to extend their lifespan and prevent theft.
