Warranty Coverage Policy
At Ride & Drive, we are committed to our customers by offering a warranty on every product we sell. This warranty is valid for twelve months from the date of purchase and exclusively covers manufacturing defects.
Coverage Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to:
- Damage resulting from improper care, mishandling, misuse, or neglect.
- Unauthorized alterations or repairs.
- Accidental damage.
- Normal wear and tear from extended use (including, but not limited to, zipper wear or fabric abrasion).
Claim Requirements
To initiate a warranty claim, you must provide the tax invoice issued by an authorized reseller or dealer. Claims submitted without a valid invoice will not be processed. This warranty is applicable only to the original customer and does not cover any incidental or consequential losses to personal property.
Claim Assessment
Each warranty claim will be evaluated individually, and we aim to resolve it in a manner satisfactory to the customer.
Replacement and Repair Process
- If an item is found to be damaged or defective within 7 days of delivery, it will be replaced once returned to us, with return shipping costs covered by Ride & Drive.
- For items that develop faults after the initial 7 days but are still under warranty, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
To proceed with a warranty claim, please fill out the warranty claim fill the form below. Our team will review your submission and guide you through the next steps. After inspecting the product and confirming the defect, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace it at no charge. If the original product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product of equal value after confirming with you.
Please note that there will be no refunds or reimbursements. Products repaired or replaced under warranty will be shipped to you at no cost.
