Yet, despite this passion, finding reliable luggage solutions has often been a challenge. Organizing gear in a car can be a hassle, and finding high-quality, affordable bags for motorcycles has proven difficult. This frustration inspired us to create a better way.

After two years of meticulous research and testing, we proudly introduce our first series of innovative luggage systems and gear. Our mission is to deliver exceptional quality and functionality for both motorcycles and cars, making your adventures smoother and more enjoyable.

Our Warranty Policy

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a comprehensive warranty on every item we sell. Our warranty is valid for six months from the date of purchase and covers any manufacturing defects. However, it does not cover damage resulting from improper care, mishandling, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations or repairs, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear from extended use. To make a warranty claim, you must provide the tax invoice issued by an authorized reseller or dealer. Please note, this warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential loss to personal property and is only applicable to the original customer.

If an item is found to be damaged or defective within 7 days of delivery, it will be replaced once the item is returned to us, with Ride & Drive covering the return shipping costs. For items that develop faults after the initial 7 days but are still under warranty, customers must return the product at their own expense.

Making a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please fill out our warranty claim form here. Our team will review your submission and guide you through the next steps. After inspecting the product and confirming the defect, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace it free of charge. If the original product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product of equal value after confirming with you. Please note that there will be no refunds or reimbursements. Products repaired or replaced under warranty will be shipped at no cost to you.
